Do for Children strives for integrity
What integrity means to us
Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles that guide our work as we serve our impact populations. Maintaining integrity at Do for Children is essential. It goes hand-in-hand with impartiality and neutrality.
How it affects our work
Integrity supports our zero tolerance of incidents of violence or abuse against children, women and other people in the communities we serve, either committed by our staff or others that are connected to our work. At Do for Children, we are determined that all our staff should live by the values of integrity, inclusivity and empowerment on which Do for Children was founded.
Integrity in our relationships
Integrity has influenced building relationships with our impact populations and other partner organizations. Our staff and volunteers are asked to uphold human rights principles and professional values to ensure that they are working within Do for Children’s moral and ethical compass.
